The Syracuse branch is simple abhorrent! The CEO, Ihor Lebedko is completely incompetent. The branch manager, Nadia Hayduk in Syracuse is demeaning, belittling to customers and a bully to employees! She should be fired immediately. I have never seen employees so in fear for their jobs that they don't even look at you when you are at the counter. No "Thank You", etc... I get a warmer experience when I buy a hot dog from a street vendor when he has 20 people in line...
