Polite people. Great home loans. Mobile app is very convenient with Zelle Pay at your fingertips. Home and car loans conditions are very competitive or better than the other banks’. 5-star at a minimum!
Customer service is often unhelpful and sometimes rude. When I ask specific questions about my account or transactions, I frequently get answers like “I don’t know” instead of a clear explanation. The banking and credit card system can already be confusing, so better communication and support would really help customers.
