I booked a call via your site to open a new account with Susan yesterday. The call was scheduled for 12 pm today. Come 12:06 no call so I email to confirm and get OOO from Susan. She has a backup mentioned in her email Halyna Cap. I add her to the chain to confirm if she will be taking the call and also get an OOO. This is incompetence at its best.
