I used to order disposables all the time and never had a problem, switched to juice and they send me a juice that is over 3 years out of date. Tried to contact them multiple times to discuss this and they’re still not answering

If i could give no stars I would, from ordering i got a call 2 days after to say a vape wasn't in stock to which the caller named which was in stock when I chose a flavour that was named was told sorry that's not in stock which went on to another flavour that was named not in stock, so why name them? So at this point i just said chose one that's in stock and ended the call, so later that day got a dispatch email then 2 days later got another call same caller which a flavour still wasn't picked and shipped was told it was a d... read more

Ordered vapes, but all flavors ordered were out of stock. I asked for a refund, and they said it would be 3-5 working days. Weeks have passed, and still no money back, and they won't reply to any of my emails. Definitely avoid these thieves!

Order some vape on 24/1/2025 , deliveried on 29/1/2025 , and it was wrong flavors after I open. At the same day I email to ask for return and exchange the correct one . No one reply my email and after few days I call them and the pick up the phone and send me a return label . I shipped it back on the next day 2feb2025and it was delivered. I ask for tracking for my exchange he told me it was shipped. He provided me a tracking number on 3feb2025 and I checked the tracking today 5feb2025 , just found that’s not my address . Placed 100 pound worth of vapes on Sunday and only got told today (thursday) they haven't posted my order due to 1 being out of stock! Shocking customer service from the person on the phone and whoever handles their emails! Won't be ordering again!
