I used to order disposables all the time and never had a problem, switched to juice and they send me a juice that is over 3 years out of date. Tried to contact them multiple times to discuss this and they’re still not answering
Ordered vapes, but all flavors ordered were out of stock. I asked for a refund, and they said it would be 3-5 working days. Weeks have passed, and still no money back, and they won't reply to any of my emails. Definitely avoid these thieves!
Order some vape on 24/1/2025 , deliveried on 29/1/2025 , and it was wrong flavors after I open. At the same day I email to ask for return and exchange the correct one . No one reply my email and after few days I call them and the pick up the phone and send me a return label . I shipped it back on the next day 2feb2025and it was delivered. Terrible I ordered 3 vapes nearly 3 wks ago and still haven't received them. Although they have taken my money. They don't reply to my emails. Would advise anyone not to use this company.
Steer clear of this shop, took my order and didn’t have the stock so changed it to something different which was cheaper, said they refunded full amount and hounded me asking me to pay again but they didn’t, I even contacted my bank and sent bank statements to them to prove It and they called me a liar. I stupidly had put in another order whilst this was going on not realising they were thieves and they have stolen that money and are refusing to send the order.
