This is my second time using UK Mortgage Specialists, and they’ve been amazing again! I was struggling to get a BTL mortgage because the property is near commercial units and there aren’t many residential owner occupied ones nearby, but they still managed to get it sorted for me. They also helped me with my residential mortgage before. Super helpful and really know their stuff - highly recommend!
They are nice people and they first agree to a good reasonable price but when they see you have no choice they will add more on the bill. Please be careful from these people especially if you are in a desperate situation .
