After weeks trying to get a return address, and spending £12 on dhl shipment back, these crooks are now claiming not having received the DHL tracked delivery (with photo!) who confirm delivery to the very address they gave me! It takes WEEKS to get any response (if you get one at all), and they just delay and delay, and avoid any kind of service especially if it involves refunds!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Rubbish...very disappointing. I would not use again. I have yet to receive product that has been dispatched and there seems to be no way of finding out where it now is. It deserves 0 stars not 1
This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star but you have to put a star to comment??? simply because they are scammers, I ordered a hair straightener mid April and I got nothing no tracking number no reply just the money taken from my account and nothing. Sad that there are people in this world so cruel like that. Lesson learnt.
