Terrible experience after ordering through amazon my item did not turn up on the date stated and after messaging amazon regarding closing my account since they and uk fitness cost me a days wages both passing the buck the company chose to cancel my order which was paid for so now have no dumbells and a further £100 out of pocket. I got the impression that unless your spending £1000 the company dosent need your buisness my advice avoid at all costs especially if your dealing through amazon...

After receiving delivery of our multi gum.with weights we was a bit disappointed with the quality for a £350 bench witch is a very cheaply Chinese made gym gear, bolts frame work very cheap, iv already built it to realise how bad it was is he offer to get it collected but I had a feeling he would be taking money off for assembling marks etc plus with the paint flaking of as I was unwrapping it , just be warned ⚠️ he's gym gear is all Chinese cheaply made witch you can buy direct from alibaba or even Aliexspress at a fraction... read more

Love my new spin bike! Got the handle stuck in the bolt when setting up but emailed customer service, Richard replied the next day advising he will send out another part out. It arrived the next day and all working as expected. Thank you Richard! Excellent customer service and good quality gym kit.

I would like to echo what others have said about UK Fitness. Their customer service is superb. I called to enquire about a spin bike. Helpful on the phone so I placed an order straight away. Ordered a great bike at a great price on the Monday and it was hand delivered and set up on the Wednesday. Kept in touch with me throughout. Minor issue with the lcd display which was no fault of uk Fitness but was resolved immediately. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommend these guys!
