Very prompt and competent service. Actually l now rebuff my initial statement. I misspelt a name on the document and instead of contacting me or using correct spelling (of a popular name) the deed was issued using incorrectly spelt name. Disappointing! Of no use now, DPO would require fee being paid again to change. 😞

Avoid this company. The customer service is rubbish!! I changed my name and payed extra to receive a name changing guide which has all the documents to change your name with different legal companies. All of these documents had my surname spelt wrong which was not an error on my part, as it was spelt correctly on my deed poll certificate. I emailed the company about this and it was clear they had not read my email or looked at the attachments as they told me “I do not see any amendments required”.
