Excellent service, phoned at 0830 on a Sunday morning to discuss the problem, took phone over at 0930 to have a new charger port fitted, picked the phone up Sunday afternoon. Richard and Jan are great to deal with Thanks

Just had my iPhone 16 pro max repaired, and safe to say I’m more than impressed by it!! Richard and Jan are such lovely, and friendly people as well. They offered such a warm welcome to me and my partner, which made me feel at ease as I usually get anxious when it comes to things like this. Really impressed with the speed and efficiency of replacing my iPhone 11 phone screen. My phone completely blacked out but still was very responsive, phoned UK apple repair, Jan answered the phone almost straight away, understood my issue completely and arranged for her and Richard to come and replace my phone screen within the hour. They were life savers. Price for an on call service was better than most repair shops (that can actually fix your phone without completely breaking it) and I would HIGHLY recommend them.
