Fire these people. No customer service. The lady quickly told me a website address, I didn’t even catch the end. She sounds like I’m inconveniencing her and we had only been calling 5 minutes. This was my first time paying tuition too.
I completed my bachelor’s degree here while working a job that provided tuition assistance. THREE YEARS after graduating and receiving my diploma, I was contacted by UIC and told that I owed more than $5,000 in tuition that needed to be paid immediately. I only put one star cause there is no lower rating if I was able to put 0 stars I would . DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE SO RUDE!!! the manager Meredith was not helpful AT ALL! and was super rude towards a sensitive situation and wasn't offering any solutions and had ZERO CONSIDERATION!!
Unless you want to be basically called stupid I wouldn’t even bother emailing or calling them. I was supposed to attend last fall for my freshman year and I ended up getting diagnosed with cancer. I did all the necessary steps for any and all fees to be appealed but it got approved but never taken off my account. So I emailed again hoping to see why it’s been a MONTHS and I’m still being charged for a school I never attended. Horrible costumer service. They never answer phone calls and their email responses are of no help. Maybe going in person would offer some sort of help but if you don’t have the time and are looking for a convenient, remote help option, you won’t get it.
