Great work Jackie from billing. Give that woman a raise. I called over 5 times in span of multiple weeks speaking with many other reps and could not get my concern resolved. Jackie went over and beyond was able to understand my situation, was the only person that knew what was happening and clearly explained it and resolved the situation in a matter of minutes. Great work Jackie!
UI Health Chicago, specifically 7 West, surpasses all hospitals in which I've had surgery and recovery. The nursing and staff were kind and accommodating the whole 6 weeks I was there. Top notch service! I highly recommend UI Health Chicago.
