Arrived at 5. Surgery scheduled for 7. Still here and it's 11:30. No "sorry we're still running late".. " still working a serious situation.. we'll be with you as soon as possible".. nothing. It's cold in the presurgical area on the third floor. So much so.. I had to put my coat back on. The pt. I brought to this hospital.. is more anxiety ridden than usual due to waiting.. and now he is in pain. I wouldn't bring anyone I love.. or charged with taking care of here.

Horrible service got to the hospital with a broken wrist and then a few hours later said they had a room ready but transport never moved me all they keep say is that transport is coming every 20 min on top of that they starve you very upset with service
