I litterally just had a doctor walk out of the ER "room" in mid conversation. The nurses are rude and/or dismissive. I walked in and the entire waiting room smelled of urine. The triage nirse said it was from the homless population that stays in the waiting room. When I came in at 5am there wasn't a sole in the waiting room! And even if there was, there are no cleaning people to disinfect?? I am on sooo much pain and so uncomfortable. They gave me the same medication I take at home. My dad was admitted here a week ago. The nurses have been kind and help. But one nurse on 5 east floor has been exceptional. Shout out to Nurse Johncui. She has been extremely helpful. She got my dad to eat and do things to make him get better. She is a blessing and I appreciate her service. She was very respectful to my dad and I. She is a true treasure in this profession.
