Manager "David, I believe" at UHR is hands down, phenomenal. He was extremely personable, professional and genuinely listened to all my questions and concerns. I don’t owe these people. They let a random person use my address without asking for a lease. They sent a big black guy to my home who intimidated the hell out of my teenage daughter about some money or merchandise that we have no clue about.
I have had pleasure of renting a laptop and PS5 from the Uhr rents store in forest park and I must say, Trevor went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact rental I wanted. Trevor was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. I left the store satisfied with my purchase and overall experience thanks to Trevor!
