Completely pretentious and unhelpful staff. I would never recommend this place. They lied to me and gaslit me about future appointments and cancelled more than once on me WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. And said I should have known but there’s no communication anywhere and was none ever - they simply cancelled without letting me know so I could find someone else in time, AFTER I already waited over a month to see them after the initial session even though I said I needed weekly dietary support. This facility is a joke. I just got out of intensive eating disorder care and was needing to find one “outpatient” I spoke with them 2 days ago and had an appointment set up for today. Let alone it’s urgent I find one, I get a call an hour before my appointment saying they don’t specialize in Eating Disorders. However, it says they ‘Specialize in Eating Disorders.’ It’s such a joke and blatantly a lie. The short is: Melissa Heath is awesome and helped me achieve the impossible. The long: 8 years ago I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. Eventually, I found myself off of my medication (metformin and Glipizide), but wasn’t sure how to proceed. I reached out to Uhling Consulting and got an appointment set up with Melissa. Well I left my old nutrition for a reason causes this is supposed to give the right support that it needs. I've been emailing for advice handouts and insurance I feel discriminated and neglected and I don't know how I feel about this place. Even tho my old nutrition place sucked but at least they could respond right away even they fingers to type. So far I hate it here neither of nutritionst and front office don't answer the phone. 👎

Fatima Mardini has done at exceptional job in counseling me about my diet (chronic kidney disease). In particular, a supplement she recommended has reversed a seven year long pattern of decline of my kidneys, doing more to improve my outlook than my primary care, my urologist, or my nephrologist. She also advised me on other issues related to my health (i.e., insomnia, light-headedness). I found a gold mine with Fatima!
