I’m currently searching for a new dentist for my son. Every time we do get an appointment they tell us to call months down the line for a follow up. When I finally do call they never have availability until the next year. I’m so over this dentist.
You have to wait over 6 months for the appointment for them to only cancel it less than 24 hours prior to the appointment without notice. I show up to my son's so-called appointment and they act like it's not an inconvenience for me to have to take my son out of school for a day and take off of work for a day to drive all the way to University hospital to be told that there's no doctors in office and all appointments were canceled and they tried to call everyone but didn't have my number but had my number to confirm less tha... read more
