I would highly suggest getting your DOT physical somewhere else. Very strict here…
a DOT physical was done… Went smoothly… Had to get primary care doctors office and medication’s faxed over (which was a very difficult challenging /annoying task to the front desk , it involved a UH doctor sending over material to UH facility). I was told the paperwork would be mailed to my house… 14 days later still nothing in the mail… Showed up at 4:31. Told them I was coming to pick up my paperwork right at 4:30-when they close. if they’d be so kind as to have everything ready….and they proceeded to run out of the office... read more
