I ordered a chair online and it was delivered with no problems regarding the delivery date. Unfortunately, however, the box we received from UPS was broken and the seat of the chair inside was already dirty. I sent an email to customer service and they immediately contacted the manufacturer and took care of the problem promptly. Finally I was able to start using my chair and I love it, it is very comfortable. I am very happy with the service and the chair I purchased.
