Very shady business practices - owner refused to honor their gift certificate claiming it had expired after a year. After being advised that federal and state law dictate that gift certificates are not to expire until it has been at least five years, owner doubled down on the policy and claimed there was no way to apply the funds when she could have simply comped the service since she obviously received the funds when the gift certificates were rendered.
