I had an appointment for a bikini wax. Taylor did a great job, she was friendly and professional. I told her I typically do not get waxed regularly due to discomfort, I appreciate her listening to my concerns and making the experience as painless as possible. I woke up in a funk and wanted to clear my mind. I was able to book a same day, early morning 80 minutes Swedish massage with Azanti. She was very attentive, professional, and applied the right amount of pressure in the areas that needed it the most. Afterwards Azanti advised of the tension knots removed, possible causes, and recommended massage frequency. Azanti also mentioned an abnormal lump on my back, which I was aware of. Just because its black owned doesn't mean they'll know how to take care of you or your skin. Ugo has un-experienced technicians who don't know how to handle black skin care. It took me over a week to get in contact with the owner to let them know about the huge scab I have on my forehead from her technician She didn't acknowledge the technicians fault, just saying that it was my Skin's fault and that she could compensate me with a kit and another facial.
