Does Ugo Artistry plan on ever updating or changing the website y'all use? It is not very user friendly (as mentioned multiple times throughout the actual booking site) and for Ugo to be a cashless business, your website doesn’t take payments unless you have had a payment option saved before whenever this issue started. First I want to say It was my first time as a client & my appointment was march 21. if you like to get your eyebrows tinted & waxed. It is not worth the money which I had paid $60. My eyebrows were sure a huge disappointment. My experience was AMAZING! And I'll definitely be coming back soon to get another hair cut. Miss Chi was very professional and not once did I feel uncomfortable. She gets an extra star 🌟 for putting on White Chick's lol.
My husband scheduled a surprise visit here. All of the staff are estheticians who are very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any/all questions you may have. Shantele did my facial and explained to me what products would be best for my skincare routine. She was very thorough on ensuring I had the knowledgeable to take care of my specific skin type.
