I read some negative reviews about this place and the staff not being helpful, but that was not my experience. The staff was extremely helpful even right after Christmas when they were very busy giving us options and the information we needed. My daughter was thrilled!

Awful, I thought I made out with savings all to find out after I visited the store my card was charged an additional $38.04 which makes no sense at all. I have tried calling,, texting, calling the 800 Ugg number and I can’t get thru to anyone. It will require a visit to the store to be fixed and I’m far to do that. I bought 3 Uggs all $80 each, no tax a total of $240 which is what my card was charged but then an additional $38.04 charge in addition to the $240 charge. The employees will not give you the time of day to assist you, unless you are a high school girl carrying a Stanley cup wearing lulumelon. You have to literally find things yourself . There is not one employee there that actually likes there job. Everyone is just miserable and nasty. I had to walk out and check the sign to make sure I didn’t walk into the IRS. But at least the IRS actually assist you . Then when you go to the cashier they get angry with you for using apple wallet. She grunted then angrily cancelled the trans... read more
