I've given up on buying from UGG forever. This store doesn't have enough sizes of men's boots. Not all products have prices displayed; you have to keep looking for a salesperson to find out the price. They don't exchange or accept returns for items purchased online. In other words, it's a waste of time to go to a store that doesn't solve any of your problems, neither in-store nor online.
THIS REVIEW IS FOR EMPLOYEE MELLISA. horrible person. Screaming and cursing at me as a paying costumer asking for a receipt not a digital one an actual one and here making the decision for me for digital. She should be fired.
