I always get wonderful help. Today it was Tanner Kemp who helped.
by far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Tellers like to promise things that they cannot keep, very poor customer service, wasted what little time I do have. Took time off of work 2 separate occasions to open accounts for my children and I’ve had nothing but problems and unclear communication. not only have I still not been able to set up my children’s account but I now really wanna close my account. By far the worst bank experience I’ve had any company.
I’ve been a part of this credit union for about 10 years, and I’ve always had an easy go of it, but I have to call out what was the best customer service today with Tom. He helped us straighten out a large duplicated merchant charge, mentioned interest strategies in passing, gave us some great info on CDs, reminded us of points available to use, AND brought up that we could refinance our car loan for 2% less. Got it all done in about 15 minutes! Thank you Tom!
What if a bank was run with empathy? That’s been my experience with Canyon View Credit Union. There’s a reason I switched after my first visit to Canyon View Credit Union back in college. Take today - I was supposed to get refunded by a company over a month ago for something that didn’t fit and when I went to said company today they said “oh that’s weird, go to your bank and file a dispute.” So I went in to Canyon View Credit Union and not only did Tom help with getting this disputed super pain free (On a Saturday!!!) but he... read more
