One of the worst credit unions ever can’t believe a bank is not open 24/7. Will be switching banks because apparently I cannot get help on Sundays.
DO NOT open a credit card with this bank. They have no theft protection or access to fraud department on weekends. A fraudulent charge was made on my cc and it has taken a month to correct the significant charge and I am responsible for the charge.
After a negative customer service experience at the Cottonwood branch, I was so happy to have Joe at the Holladay branch help me! He was empathetic, personable, and committed to making sure I got all the information I needed on a car loan. He connected me with Giselle, a loan representative who was much more knowledgeable than Austin. Great experience!
Helpful tellers who care about you. You gotta ask them for the restroom code to get in and you can get tootsie rolls while you're talking to the tellers
Horrible customer service. Website and online banking is a joke. Don't care about their members at all.
