I’d give Chris from UFinance zero stars if I could. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a broker. Communication was terrible from the first day — three weeks of empty promises and no progress. Every time I called, he’d reply with “call you in 10 min" and then disappear. Even after asked him to be more responsive, he somehow got worse and completely ghosted me. I ended up going with another company who actually knew what they were doing — they explained the process clearly and had my finance approved within a day.

Chris was an absolute legend through the entire process. Went above and beyond for finance to go through and was there whenever I needed clarification or help on things.
