Ashley at the front desk is absolutely amazing!!! So sweet and efficient, she made us a joint savings account so quickly, when we were short on time!
Do not use. They allowed someone to open an account in my name without any ID being scanned in. They help commit fraud and didn't prevent it. So be careful using this credit union. When I reached out they would not provide me with any information to resolve the matter. They work harder to help people commit fraud then they do to help the victims. Do not use this bank. I would give negative stars if I could.
Just went to UFCU Cedar Park. Had multiple things to do. Sandra helped us and she was awesome, very friendly, informative and helpful. Also the reception staff was great too. This is why I love UFCU.
