Just went to UFCU Cedar Park. Had multiple things to do. Sandra helped us and she was awesome, very friendly, informative and helpful. Also the reception staff was great too. This is why I love UFCU.
Sandra gave me the worst customer service ever. I tried to deposit money in the ATM and it kept rejecting my $100 bill so I went inside had to wait because there was a meeting going on and the other two clerks were with customers, manager giggles his way out of the meeting to take Sandras customer and finally I tell her my situation she test the bill and says its legit but instead of helping me deposit the money she tells me to go to another bank or go spend the money that would be best, I said this is my bank and showed her... read more

Staff is great. Location access was good until the new construction immediately north started. Hopefully, that will finish soon. OK parking. ATM's always work. Hate the app. They changed it a few years ago, and now it has to be updated almost weekly it seems.
