No tellers and when we had coins to deposit, they suggested going to coinstar machine. Coinstar takes a percentage, what a lousy recommendation. Will be looking for another bank.

I had an auto loan with UFCU and recently paid it off. Unfortunately, the payoff process was frustrating. Additional fees were added at the end, and getting them corrected required multiple follow-ups due to poor communication. On top of that, their online banking platform feels slow and outdated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them. Better to look elsewhere.
