I had a really good experience at University Federal Credit Union. David Willingham, the branch manager, was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, helped me avoid extra expenses, and even created my ATM card on the spot when I really needed it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers. I’d definitely recommend this branch.

They may actually cause me to die. I had a stroke. I explained what was going on to the woman who called me from the bank about it. One of my accounts was overdrawn. They said they would wait until my partial check from work came in to collect. They didn't do this! They took the money out of the account that I have and now I can't afford to do the TEE that is necessary for me to find out where the blood clot came from that caused my stroke.
