Get a teller. Transactions that could be fast take 8 transactions through a machine. One star is for the nice employees and allowing dogs. Do better UFCU and upgrade this place to a real bank.
Changed accounts after I recieved a new UFCU card and NEVER could set PIN. Member services didnt work. I recently tried again, just to go around in circles unable to set a pin. So guess I continue not to use them.
