Changed accounts after I recieved a new UFCU card and NEVER could set PIN. Member services didnt work. I recently tried again, just to go around in circles unable to set a pin. So guess I continue not to use them.

I rarely go in, but every time I've needed in-person services, the staff is SO nice.
I had a really good experience at University Federal Credit Union. David Willingham, the branch manager, was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, helped me avoid extra expenses, and even created my ATM card on the spot when I really needed it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers. I’d definitely recommend this branch.
