My doctor didn’t have the time of day to hear me out. He did everything he could to hurry me up and leave the room. I called to discuss something with the admin and was spoken down to with condescension and irritation. I was trying to get a message to my doctor who hadn’t answer a portal message in a week.
I was treated very well and wait time was minimal. They were focused on my problems and very resourceful on treatments. I would recommend them highly for your needs!
Natalie was very, very helpful and accommodating to helping me with what I needed. She had a very pleasant attitude and was very patient. Thank you UFHEALTH for having a wonderful employee.
