Nice atmosphere - appointments on time
I'm having a procedure on thursday and was told they would reach out to talk finances. A week before the surgery I still haven't been contacted so I called the number in the portal. The person said they didn't know how to help as they only handle back end finances and suggested I call the office I am doing the procedure at. I called this office who had no notes on me and also didn't know what to do so they transferred me to another department who didn't answer. My doctor didn’t have the time of day to hear me out. He did everything he could to hurry me up and leave the room. I called to discuss something with the admin and was spoken down to with condescension and irritation. I was trying to get a message to my doctor who hadn’t answer a portal message in a week.
