I always buy Udis bread. The last 5 loaves of bread i purchased had giant holes in the middle of the bread. Very angry that i pay 5.90 a loaf and this is what i get. Not buying this any more. I can't even put mustard on the bread because of the giant holes in the middle.

Best Gluten free breads ever !!!! Only problem I have to travel 25 miles to purchase it as our local Shop-Rite , A&P or Kings don't carry it. Put in request but nothing yet. Would like to purchase more from this line when available.

Pro. The bread is by far the best tasting gluten free bread on the market. Con. The last three loaves had had a very large hole thru the middle. As much as 1/4 of the loaf is missing. I called Udi's and was told the problem was being dealt with. They also said they were sending some coupons. It's been 4 weeks. No coupons! Between 5 and 6 dollars a loaf. If they don't care about quality control or customer satisfaction, then I'll bake my own.
