Do not use them, they are a scam they changed their policy and now they want to charge you a $10 fee just to pay your bill over the phone. when you contact customer service no one seems to care.
Useless credit union. Caters too much to old people, yet rips everyone off with hidden fees. Better off going to big banks. It’s member owned because the members employed their own all your money in hidden fees lol. Trash.
Have banked there for 15 years and have no complaints. Been treated very well and given very good service.
I’m a college kid and they continue to screw me over. I’m so done with them.
