I have been there 2 years ago and was so amazed by all of the staff from the checking in to the lady that came and talked to use of what was going to happen and she brought a doll that needed a face painted on with a hospital gown on it and a bag of drawing things and paints and snacks then all of these nurses who came by and each one knew whatever Disney movie and had favorite parts in whatever one that was on and the surgical team was so sweet and the Dr's. My poor baby fought for 4 months with an undiagnosed heart problem. When we were referred from kaiser I was a little apprehensive with dealing with a new hospital. The staff and surgeons helped not only my baby girl but me with dealing with her diagnosis. Her surgeon flew out for her unplanned surgery from vacation to do her surgery on the weekend when they normally don't do surgeries on the weekend. I'm so thankful for all of the staff for their superior quality of care they provided for my daughter.
