One word….RUDE!! cruse consultant, Angela, at Burnaby store, has no manners at all. We went in-person to enquire about a cruise, she made us waited awhile then was offered what’s basically flyer info, we called back later to seek clarification on more info. 2024.11.16 - A front desk girl who spoke Cantonese and wore a black mask was extremely rude during my visit. It was my first time there, so I was very polite and friendly, asking her a few questions about the cruise since I wasn’t familiar with many details. Myself and 5 others were all booked for the Sun Princess Inaugural Cruise slated for Feb 8, 2024. UCruising sold us a package, cruise and flight included. Ucruising charged $1,600.00 CAD per person for the flight but the actual flight ticket cost from Air Canada was only $823.41. I know travel agency’s needs to make some profit but I was shocked that Ucruising made a profit of $776.59 CAD from each of us from the Air Canada Flight.
