The staff are always friendly, and it’s easy to grab a few snacks and a coffee while you’re there. The kids loved the fun swim, and there’s always plenty of parking, which makes visits stress‑free. The downstairs changing area could use a bit of a refresh, but overall it’s a great place for a family outing.

the gym is very bad, there are a lot of teenagers from school who occupy one exercise machine, the staff looks like you did something bad, the pool is terrible, rust on the pipes in the pool, sand, cold, very dirty, I don’t understand at all how it hasn’t been closed yet

Changing rooms are basically non functional when you have a family. No units ect or baby change tables like other pools where you can put your stuff on. Meaning you have to carry everything wet from the pool as you can only shut the doors when you put the bench down. Was very dirty, sand in the pools freezing cold, showers dont work so cant even use them after to wash ect. Have woken up this morning feeling unwell and generally think this is because the pool is unclean. Won't be returning.

Having to cancel my membership as every time I go to use the gym, no matter what day of the week or time I choose, it is absolutely inundated with teenagers from the school stacked three deep on every machine, bench and cable that they monopolise for 40 minutes at a time - it’s impossible to be able to get a workout in. It shouldn’t be this hard for a paying member to use the services
