My wife was admitted to the ER on 4/25 at approximately 7PM with documented frequent PVCs, palpitations, and dizziness. By 3:38PM the following day — nearly 21 hours later — she still had not received her cardiology consult. This is the worst hospital I have ever dealt with. My daughter is in labor and has preeclampsia, and they told her there were no beds available to treat her. She even had an appointment scheduled for today, and they called her just to tell her not to come. I tried to speak with the person in charge this Friday 6:07am reception", asking for help, and she got upset and hung up on me as if I were asking for charity. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hospital.
Saved my husband from SAH, subarachnoid hemorrage.
Dr. Ali was a 2nd opinion. During my consultation he was attentive and answered all my questions, and I did not feel rushed. My first consultation with a different doctor and hospital was poor. The morning of my surgery after I was prepped and waiting to enter the OR, Dr. Ali and his staff all stopped by and asked me how I was feeling and answered any questions that I had.
