Unfortunately I have to select at least one star. Unreliable is the best way to describe this company.
I am thankful for the services they provide but when you have an appointment at a dr office in Cookeville at 11:30 and they don't pick you up until 11:05 then your going to be late for your appointment. And they had a week's notice.
I lovethehelp that uchra gives the ppl down on their luck and struggling n there life at some points but the service sucks their rude and obnoxious .hope I NEVER have to go back there n Wilson county
