I have been working with Taylor for about 6 sessions now. She is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, timely and motivational. She has given me more confidence in the healing process. She prints out at home workouts and provided me with a band to use at home. I highly recommend Sports Med for physical therapy needs, especially her!
Had an extremely serious knee injury and didn’t think I’d be able to get back to walking and a somewhat normal day to day so soon. My P.T. Taylor really helped me to get back to that day to day lifestyle and I’m very grateful for the effort she put in to getting me back on two feet again.
