Morgan, the individual who is in charge of scheduling for pelvic floor therapy has been unprofessional and rude, gaslighting me for her ongoing mistakes with scheduling. There has been unclear communication. I have spent hours on the phone chasing her down trying to get answers and every time I get blamed and gaslit. I had my intake appointment over a month ago. I receive excellent care from UCHealth on Arapahoe in Boulder. The minute you walk in the door you are greeted promptly and positively by the people at the front desk. Julie, my speech therapist is also amazing. She makes me feel like I can handle this Parkinson’s thing. My questions are answered and I leave with excellent information as well as next steps for my therapy. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful, caring group of people to take care of me.
Julianne is amazing! She is so kind and knowledgeable. She listens to me and is passionate about helping me with my Post Covid voice disorder. I am so thankful for her and highly recommend her.
