I had to do my bi annual DOT physical and they got me in quickly. The ladies there were professional and nice. The facility was nice as well.
Dr. Hardesty kept trying to put me on an M1 Hold even though every therapist said I was okay. This place is dangerous and should be shutdown after violating my Civil Rights.
