My consultation with Dr. Quaid was terrific! His nurse Michelle was also absolutely wonderful. I’m so excited to begin my journey with them.
Be sure to understand the exact requirements of this clinic prior to putting much time and effort into sending medical records over for an initial appointment. They require 3 years of medical history, which is fair. However, their office will only accept recorded weight from a primary care physician’s office. Recorded weight *cannot* come from any other medical provider or facility, even if it’s with an actual M.D. physician in the same group as the PCP. I am almost 2 years post op and my life saving, life giving back, confidence boosting, hype man of a man, Dr. Stefan Pettine, MD, FACS is wonderful. I would give him and the staff 1000 stars if I could. They gave me my life back! Dr. Pettine you saved me from me. I can do things I never thought I could. I got to restart my life again. Dr Zimmerman and his team are beyond amazing. He has the best bedside manners. He check in with me multiple times. During the process before surgery he was very empathetic and listened to my concerns. Surgery went very well, him and his team took good care of me. In recovery room the staff are all very friendly. I couldn’t have picked a better place to have my bariatric surgery. Thank you all so much for the care you all provide.
My wife just recently had bariatric surgery here with Dr.Zimmerman. From the initial consult 3 months ago until her surgery now the team here has been nothing but helpful and considerate. Dr.Zimmerman is very personable and an excellent surgeon. I can't wait to see my wife's progress as time passes. Thank you UC Health Bariatric Center of the Rockies.
