My experience getting in contact with anyone from this office has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. It is so obvious how little any of them care about students. I have tried to call several times and only get sent to voicemail. Response times through email are painfully slow. I finally heard back from someone and the person, Layla, ignored all of my concerns and needs and instead gave me a description of how the graduation process works. My experience with this office has been awful!! They don’t answer the phone, don’t return calls, don’t return emails for over two weeks, and when they do, it’s less than one sentence. I will NOT continue my education at this school. Very disappointed!
Advising staff in this college are all very helpful and accommodating. I was able to graduate on time because of the advising staff. Professors are also knowledgeable and good overall.
