Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Definitely not the fault of the employees. Every time I have gone in, the workers have been there to help me out immediately in a timely manner (not sure why there are so many comments about it being delayed. They must've walked in on a Saturday SHOUTOUT MARCOS). Also, not sure why so many people are complaining about the virtual tellers because that has NOTHING to do with the very helpful employees of branch. The virtual tellers are incredible anyways.
