Grecia was great helping me getting the app on my phone, I needed some statements, after the manager didn't approve printing some statement, I think is ridiculous charging 5 dls per statement!! That was nice from Grecia, I give her 5 starts, but bad for the manager to charge $5 per statement, I think that is so bad and talks too bad about this bank! I feel like closing my account.
Gabriel was wonderful to work with! He made the process of switching my account over to my husband’s and setting me up with a new credit card completely seamless. He was knowledgeable, confident, and clearly knew his stuff. He also took the time to walk us through the best benefit options and explained everything thoroughly so we felt confident in our decisions. We really appreciated his help!
