EDIT: I later received excellent service from the loan officer who initially stamped my title prior to the original loan funding. She expedited a notarized letter explaining the error to the bank of a new buyer. Helped me close the sale quickly. Nicole's (Saratoga Springs branch) efforts are the only reason this is not a zero star. Great service on her part. You need to fix your software so this doesn't happen to someone else.
