This bank sucks for loans and screws you over and they don't tell you about it. Stay away from this bank. Keep your sanity. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS BANK THEY WILL TRICK YOU INTO PAYING MORE!!!
Edith C was amazing! We went in for a car loan, she was friendly, explained things, gave us options and was super patient when I had questions and when our daughter needed 4 suckers. I’d recommend UCCU, especially Edith at the SS location!
Went to the branch in Saratoga Springs. They processed our car loan and a credit card. Impressively multitasked while taking care of us and customers coming in. Been a customer since 1988. Been about as good as a CU can be.
I worked with Andrew and he is such an amazing person. He spent the time with my wife and I. He got to know us and took care of everything we needed. He was also fast and responsive when handling our auto loan. We will definitely go back to see him for any future business.
