Super satisfecho
The loan dept was easy and quick to deal with. However, I had to go into the SLC branch on 21st So. and one of the tellers there made me want to NEVER EVER bank with this CU.
This is the fastest I’ve ever applied for a loan and received a check. I’m very grateful with how quickly the process happened.
Disappointed they didn’t honor the loan rate in marketing materials that clearly included business Vans, transit vans. 4.99 bs 6.75% is a big difference. Marketing and underwriting need to get on same page.
My checking account was compromised, and every UCCU employee I dealt with, both on the phone & in person, was extremely helpful & understanding. Kudos to all for the support & the highest level of customer service!
