So don’t bank with UCCU BECAUSE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE. I have had them forever and I’ve loved them up until this moment. Their app won’t let me transfer money from my savings to checking to pay bills that come out tomorrow. It says there is an error. You can’t call because they are closed THE WHOLE WEEKEND. I tried messaging technical support, they aren’t responding, probably cause they are closed! Their online bill pay has gone from bad to worse, bad customer service, business accounts are accessable to anyone who holds another joint account with a member of the business account. We've been loyal customers since 1990 but are seriously considering finding another institution.

I accepted a check, it cleared and then they ripped it from my account causing my banking account to go negative. They then tried to tell me and I quote, it's my own fault for accepting a bad check. Um how about you own up to your actions for clearing a bad check first 🤷🏻♀️ you guys are shady. They then tried to tell me my bank should help me, my bank told me, uccu shouldn't have cleared the bad check in the first place. You guys disgust me
