Keagan was great to work with and very patient with an old forget like me. He explained things well and was very professional. Gave us comfort working with UCCU!
Was not able to help with increasing my credit card limit was told when I opened the card that after 6 months I could get a limit increase. Here we are 1 year 4 months later and I get denied even though I've made every single payment on time. Never missed a payment nothing bad credit is the same slightly better than when I opened it. So I'll be paying off the remaining balance and closing and switching to capital one as they offered me a much higher card limit.
