I came to use their coin counter and was surprised by the overall interaction. I was greeted by somebody right as I walked in and then they helped me get started with the machine. They even got a drink! There were additional tellers setting up a Memorial Day Display and I hope they know that is appreciated too.
This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a financial institution. We applied for a loan and provided all the required documents. Our income-to-debt ratio was clearly more than sufficient, yet after multiple visits, repeated credit checks, and wasting a significant amount of our time, we were told we were not qualified — with no clear explanation.
