The staff at this branch are good but the credit union as a whole is very difficult to work with compared to other credit unions / banks. Very frustrating.
this bank has been nothing but problems since they picked up my car loan. I've had to call twice to try and get my account open through the app. Both times, both bank representatives couldn't help me figure it out. I still can't get in to it. I tried calling to pay my car note early, and she gave me the run around making it sound like I had to jump through hoops just to make an early payment. Steer clear of this credit union. It's worse than a bank. MACU and AFCU are both better options.
Very friendly and gave us great information and helped us alot
This particular branch continues to disappoint. An employee by the name of ALICIA was condescending and rude. I wanted to understand why she was requesting additional documentation beyond the scope of what had been requested when I started a loan application…she raised her voice and was rude to the point I just walked out. The Branch manager was observing the entire interaction and offered no coaching.
