Since transferring from Transwest this bank has been sending confidential information to a location that is not secure. My mortage has one address and the bank has been sending private information to some random person. I tried calling and have been placed on hold for over 10 minutes as they "work through it". The people at this branch are always accommodating and willing to help. I’ve worked with Jake several times setting up personal and business accounts. This last time in I worked with Jordan to secure a used car loan. Even though it was 4:45 when I walked in, they were happy to help me get the loan that day. Jordan called the underwriter to ensure they reviewed it before leaving for the day. They’re great to work with and their level of security for online banking is incredible.
