I got there about 12 minutes before closing, and got my main task completed. Their card printer was not functioning though, so I couldn't reprint my credit card. So 🤷🏻♂️ Probably don't go here if you need a card reprinted.
The agent that helped me was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and moved me through the process as seamlessly as possible.
