The cars are nice, and I like the fact you get unlimited mileage and you dont have to pay for maintenance. But you will pay $500 a week for a car that will break down on you randomly. I had a Nissan that broke down twice and each time it took over 3 days to get it back because they refused a replacement. Ucars Houston is the best rental rideshare agency I have worked with. Others being Hertz and Zipcar. From day one I have received A1 customer service from Paulino and the young lady at the counter. They have gone above and beyond to keep me going from having a mechancal issue with a car and swapping it out immediately to working with me on a payment arrangement on a past due balance. It's been 8 months so far my rental and no thought of ending it anytime soon.
Refused to cover headlight bulbs. Left me without working headlights Saturday and Sunday. How do I work at night without lights . Informed me that I must go to office to replace (office is closed on weekends). Clearly you don’t care at all about the safety of your drivers, you’d rather save a dime than do what is right .They told me I could pay for it myself and they would reimburse me. I received $25 off for 6 weeks and an additional $15 for opting for safe driving. $359.99 was the weekly amount. These people expect you to take their vehicle for service to Jiffy Lube, Take 5, Firestone, Valvoline, or Pep Boys. They didn't want to pay for an air filter or cabin but demanded weekly payments. I took the vehicle for a state inspection and never received the registration sticker, but they uploaded a current registration with the wrong year into Uber's system.
