No good when it comes to having reliable cars and then when the car breaks down the process to try and get your replacement is non existent. They take your money and give cars that break down and then they don’t prioritize refunding you are making sure you have a reliable vehicle. I have never seen a rental company with a worse maintenance dept and procedures. I’m waiting to be towed as I write this review.
