Very disappointing experience overall. Customer service was rude and dismissive. When I asked detailed questions about insurance coverage, I was told “all rental places are the same,” which is not helpful at all and felt very unprofessional. On top of that, I was charged unexpected extra fees for the pick-up service. Apparently, the cost depends on how long they have to wait—but this was never clearly explained upfront, and I ended up paying almost $100 more than expected. Extremely disappointing experience. The pricing was misleading, with important details and extra charges not clearly disclosed upfront. What was advertised did not match what I actually had to pay. Communication was frustrating due to poor English, and the attitude from the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. 真的是一次“开眼界”的租车体验。广告写得很好看，价格也很“诱人”，结果到现场各种额外费用一个接一个，之前却只字不提，这种操作也算是“很有诚意”了。 沟通基本靠猜，英文水平堪忧，态度更是让人无语。两位老板（一个男的一个女的）全程都很不耐烦，让人感觉不是在做生意，而是在“教育客户”。 只能说，想多赚点钱可以理解，但用这种方式，真的挺掉价的。做生意最基本的诚信如果都没有，那以后靠什么留住客户？ 最后只想说一句：这种体验不是在租车，是在交“社会学学费”。
