I thought they had already secured me a finance option over the phone for my unfortunate bad credit, and was even told congratulations. I drove around 1 hour to their showroom in Wigan and after giving all my personal information, bank statements etc was told no? Why could this of not been done over the phone? I was clear with my personal circumstances which I thought was told to the lenders before coming. Highly disappointed with going there for nothing. Total waste of time.
I honestly never thought I'd get a penny of credit after destroying my rating in my early twenties. But I enquired anyway. Ricky was so good at helping me and advising me. I honestly can't fault him. From start to finish he was amazing. I had my heart set on one car in particular but couldn't get enough credit so I was a bit disheartened. But Ricky was so positive about it.
