Had an appointment with Ryan at 1300. Called up and was told he was away from his desk. Called up again 10 mins later to be told he was off. The girl that answered said what difference does it make in the most unprofessional tone I've heard. Why would I deal with 1 car sales person all week to go in and see somebody different. Girl put the phone down on me in the end. Snotty customer service skills and I'd avoid like the plague. If Ryan dealt with me throughout I'd have been happy. Did an application, sadly life got in the way and my baby has been very poorly in hospital so car wasn't on my mind I couldnt bring myself to even look at my texts or calls.
