Absolutely phenomenal customer service, always on time when pre booking and the dispatchers as well as the drivers are always kind and friendly. The only cab company I trust in the Sault. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

This cab company is much better than Soo Yellow Cab, in my opinion. The vehicles are clean and newer. The drivers are very friendly. They have my MCSS account set up and the dispatcher recognize me immediately. Even when I accidentally booked my cab an hour early, I called and they were able to send someone immediately. I have ran five minutes late and dispatch called just to make sure I was still taking the cab and once confirmed, the cab waited the 3 minutes it took me to trek across the hospital. Called for a ride to the airport at 345 and was told 15 mins. Called back only to be told it would be 15 more. They did show up at 415… the 20 km trip to the airport cost a WHOPPING $97 dollars! This is just unacceptable, blatant gouging.

I'm happy to hear the Sault has a proper cab service. The people here are always friendly and do their best to pick you up as soon as they can. They've been a great help to me.
