Thank you, U‑Cab, for being so prompt and dependable. My early‑morning ride to the Sault Airport was comfortable, calm and exactly what I needed before a long travel day. Outrageous prices and rude staff to boot. Do not call ANY cab company in the Sault. Download the URIDE app instead. They are LITERALLY 50-60% cheaper and they arrive within minutes to pick you up. This is why cab companies are dying. They refuse to accept competition and lower their prices.

Your drivers are an absolute menace on the road. One of your employees just violently cut me off, and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid a major wreck. Instead of showing an ounce of remorse, your driver had the audacity to aggressively swear at me. This is completely unacceptable and a total embarrassment to your company name. You need to get this reckless, unhinged driver off the road immediately before someone gets hurt.
