In both my wisdom tooth consultation and extraction day, my visits were surpringly pleasant! Keep in my this may not reflect every person, just my own experience. For the consultation (2 months ago) I hardly spent any time at all waiting - I think I had just pulled my homework out of my backpack when I was called back. I've been treated like gold since being here. Food is excellent. Place is cleaned regularly. Nothing but good things to say about this hospital.

Literally pissed off. 1st off this reminds me of segregation - like separating the rich from the poor. How can every other part of UC Health have it together but not over on this end?!?!? Holmes literally has such a trash environment - staff unprofessional, disrespectful & lazy - literally YELLING from their desk from a complete other room. We are all shoved in an enclosed space claustrophobic with germy sick people sitting on top of each other called the “waiting area” - not to mention without WARNING I needed to take off t... read more

My experience was the worse. Not only did I wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oral procedure that was scheduled at 10:30am. My prescription pain pills were never sent to the pharmacy instead the staff went home without making sure they sent my meds. Now I’m in an immense amount of pain. Until who knows when.
