Not sure which office my simple IRA was through, but they charge very high fees just for having an account open. Wanted to invest my savings and they told me they would charge $50/trade!? I'm sure there will be exorbitant fees to close my account as well, but my contract role is up and I no longer need to contribute to it. Stay away.
